I’m from the bear clan and from Canada
My English name is Deanna Naveau but many of my close friends call me Dee.

Here, we share stories about healing, growth, kindness, and culture — the real tea on life, love, and spirit. Each episode is different — sometimes personal, sometimes educational, sometimes a mix of both. You might hear my dogs bark, the hum of the dishwasher, or the rumble of the dryer background — because life’s happening, and that’s where the beauty is.
